Located in the Shanty Creek Resort in Bellaire, Michigan, (Near Boyne, Petoskey, Traverse City, Torch Lake, Charlevoix). Our fantastic Northern Michigan Condo Rentals are located in the heart of Schuss Village, just steps from the ski hill and golf, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, shopping, and dining. VISTA DEL VERDE II:
This condo has two bedrooms and two baths and sleeps four comfortably in three beds (one queen and two twin beds that can convert to a "king") and a possible fifth on the non-sleeper couch in front of the fireplace. The living room has a nice gas fireplace and a great view of the 2nd Tee of the Schuss Mountain Golf Course which becomes the cross country ski trail in the winter. Two TV’s with cable let the adults and kids spread out after a long day on the ski hill, golfing, or just good family fun. This is the newest built condo in all of Schuss Village - very nice unit!

SCHUSS MOUNTAIN AT SHANTY CREEK:
The downhill skiing, tubing and snowboarding are great at Schuss Mountain where 46 runs are just steps from the Bergurand and Cortina Condos and about 1/4 mile from the Vista Del Verde. The Cortina Penthouse and Bergurand units are about 100 steps from the Schuss Mountain ski hill: very close to Ski-in and Ski-out. Five quad chairs make waiting in line a thing of the past. Children's programs are available as are ski lessons for all. At Schuss Village there are two pools (indoor and outdoor) and a hot tub & sauna. Ivan's restaurant overlooks Schuss Mountain and serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks and also houses a full service bar. Christmas at Schuss Mountain is a very special time. Abundant snow, sleigh rides, skiing, snow-tubing, crackling fires, heated outdoor swimming, and more.

There is live entertainment in the evenings. Hansel Lodge contains a convenience store and ski shop. Don't forget to take the horse-drawn sleigh ride or visit the casinos in Traverse City and Petoskey. There is something for everyone at Shanty Creek. The quiet walks in the lovely woods are totally refreshing.

Shuttle stops are also located near the condos allowing you to travel to anywhere in the entire resort with ease.
